Walk Baltimore!
Walk Baltimore!
This tour is a walk through Downtown Baltimore's traditional business
district. This is a nice walk for architecture buffs. You can see structures
built over the last hundred years since the
Great Baltimore Fire of 1904.
Different parts of downtown are examples of the various stages of
Baltimore's rebuilding process over the last century

Mile 0 - Begin at the  NE corner of Pratt and Light Streets (In front
of the Jos A Bank Clothier). Walk east down Pratt Street.
This part of downtown has been redeveloped since the late 1970's.
Harborplace on your right opened in 1980 and has been much of
the catalyst for the Inner Harbor redevelopment  and movement of
downtown to the east you can see in the distance.

Mile .50 - Left on Water Street
The next part of the trip until Charles Street takes you past many
    fine early twentieth century buildings.
